Description
You can now enter a new carbon stamp with "add new". If you don't select a carbon footprint where the stamp should be assigned to, a warning would be good.
Otherwise unexperienced users may enter a new stamp but it does not show up in their footprint. This could be confusing.

In the drupal 6 version, the user views a carbon account and adds carbon stamps to it. It's hard to detach a carbon stamp from a carbon account.
