Hi friends.
I'm trying to create a footer with 3 columns. The best idea I had was to create a panel page with three columns, insert the contents and convert this in a block.
The panel page is ready, but I can not convert this in a block.
How do this? Does anyone have a better idea?
Tks!

There's a module for creating blocks out of panels but it hasn't been updated in 4 years.
Few ways to approach this: just create three blocks, one for each column, and place them on the page. You could also create a Views block for the first column, then create attachments for the other two columns. All depends on where your content is coming from.

Instead of a panel page you can create a mini-panel which will produce a block you can use in the footer.

Ok, let's go.
The option with the mini panel is easier to run.
But one doubt: the Panels module uses at most three columns. How are made, so, the footers of this forum, which has 5 columns, like many others?

That actually looks hard
That actually looks hard coded (or custom generated).
If each of the columns is a block, you can add each block to the footer region as normal and then use css to float the blocks left and limit their width.

how to convert a panel page in a block
You don't convert panel. You only create a mini-panel, after you open block, mini-panel had in block. Now you only choose places bock display.
