Hello! I am very new in Drupal and I am trying to really get myself to the codes. My question is how do I add the navigation link underneath the banner/header with the dark overlay bakcground??thanks! I really apprciate any help!

The menu with the dark background is the "Main menu" and links can usually be added at the path admin/structure/menu/manage/main-menu. No need to get into the code with this request.
