Where is book log message?

[this is a "reopening" of bug #75 (http://www.drupal.org/node.php?id=75) which somehow got lost - it doesn't appear in the bug list even though it is "Active"; and doing an update (http://www.drupal.org/module.php?mod=project&op=update&id=75) yields an "Error. Try again.")]

When I open a book page in submission queue, I can't see a log message what author has added to node (sometimes this could be the only clue what has changed).
