We should enable the migrate and clone features by default, at least. Discuss.

Actually, it looks like the code is set up to have the migrate and clone enabled by default. See:

But when you install Aegir from scratch the migrate feature is not enable it seems, although it should be.

I think the install profile just needed to be updated with the new modules. I've enabled:
Hosting migrate
Hosting clone
Hosting cron
in the dev-1260072-feature-enabled-default branch.
