If you're able to use CVS, anyone can commit translations directly, and you are more than welcome to do so; ideally you could commit the translation and then file an issue that the translation has been committed (so that I can note it in the release notes for the next release).

@vadbars: please close your own issues when you commit something to CVS that resolves the issue. keeping the issue queues clean is a lot of work for maintainers, and both merlin and i have *way* too many projects to keep our eyes on as it is. thanks.
