Drop down menu

I would like to have a menu like the following link:
http://www.hse.gov.uk/
Please kindly look at the "Topic and Industry guidance" section
Here you will find the drop down menu and "Go" button and when you click go button it will jump to the
another portion of website whatever you slect form menu.

Question is how can I achieve this kind of drop down menu in Drupal?Could you please reply.

I think you could use taxonomies and exposed filters (views) to create this.
