How can I configure OG Galleries so that the Gallery selection that's shown when creating or editing a node to only be displayed on certain node types? Basically, I only want images to be able to be posted to galleries, and I don't want the galleries option displayed when creating any other content type. I'd greatly appreciate any help that can be offered with this.

Add or edit the Node: Type filter in your galleries view to limit it to the node types you want. The galleries selector should only display on node types that you have in that filter.
