Style for drob-down/select box is from CKEditor skin style (check http://ckeditor.com/demo). It is only for show users what happens if they change style. Getting size of headers from drupal can be a little hard (which style to use ? In some themes there can be no style for some element ie "h6" or something).
I change this ticket for future request. We will think about this in future.
thanks, but i sink this is error of my installation\config, or trouble with "Editor CSS:" when i work in Fckeditor - all be OK, and when i see demo http://drupal.fckeditor.net/ and http://drupal.ckeditor.com/ preview sizes is OK.
