Hi,
What I need is that webform can send by mail what is uploaded by file field.
It's so hard to do?
I've seen http://drupal.org/node/68265 but it for 4.7.
Any help?

It's possible, but I have no plans for implementing this feature. I'll commit any patches people can volunteer. This would be either a good option site-wide settings (admin/settings/webform), or probably better on a per-field basis. That way you could include some file fields in emails but not others.
