Hi

I'd like to test this module but I cannot make it work in Drupal 4.7. This is one of the errors I'm getting when trying to set it up:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: form_textfield() in /MYPATH/modules/subscription.module on line 150

I'm not sure if this is caused by different module/Drupal versions or I did something wrong. (Of course, the DB tables have been manually created)
