Release notes

Fixed Cache issue when you initially setup the module, it now auto-deletes the cached menu so you don't have to do it manually.
Added some promotion for the upcoming webform constant contact module.
Fixed an issue with the extra fields not saving and update the name of the default fieldnames from profile_* to field_*
