Description

Is there timescale for you to release the S/P Magic Menus for Drupal version 5?

First off, the update would remove the "S/P" (Scriptaculous/Prototype) stuff and replace it with JQuery.

However, there is a bug in the version of JQuery that is being used by Drupal 5 that keeps list sub-items from expanding correctly. I need to ping John Resig and see if he can provide me a fix for this. Then we should be in business.

However right now this is relatively low on my priority list. I have some major fixes that need to happen with the Zen theme and Contemplate modules before I can get to this.

I've got some raw code where I started porting this module to JQuery laying around. If anyone wants to pick this project up and see where they can go with it, please contact me.

Oh... and if you're looking for a similar way to pull the admin menu out of your page, you should check out SimpleMenu. That is a nice solution that currently works with Drupal 5.
