Load the body of a node in a pop-up window

Hi,

I'm searching for three days now and can't find a good solution. What I want to do is to load the body of a page into a pop-up window.

Because I need pop-ups in some pages ("info on demand") I thought of creating pages (not visible in menus or views). After that I would create a normal "visible" page were I create some kind of link that would open a pop-up (window or box) and show only the body of a certain "invisible" page (like described above).

I found Hovertips/Clicktips but these are not pop-ups but "slide-ins". The most crude method would be to use the javascript window pop-up but than I need a way to only show the body of a certain page like (/node/77/body) or another way (maybe some php).

I'm looking for a nice and robust solution where the content of these pop-ups can be managed as separate pages (or fields).

Does anyone have some ideas what is the best way or have any info on how to proceed?
