Left views dependencies as a submodule [#1262538]

I thing that this module is a great idea.

But the project that use entitys but not views must to download two modules (ctools and views) and leave as a heavy stone.

The idea is to have the views dependency as a submodule.

Hi,

I had the same idea. So I made a patch for that. This patch has been made against #1458850: Separate module and entity names., but it's easy to use original version.

Note that some paths have changed to follow standard of Entity API (modelentities/modelentity/% to modelentities/manage/%).
