Right now, the system_status() function only reports the ERROR condition; however, things like the Update Status module have items for the administrator's attention that are not errors. We should, minimally, add an Info condition. We should consider other conditions that may also apply.

I think this still applies to D7. Maybe move this issue to D8 or close it?
