I've been working on D7 version of uc_ideal_pro module (commerce_ideal). So far tested only on test issuers.

http://drupal.org/project/ideal, http://drupal.org/project/idealcommerce, and http://drupal.org/project/idealubercart are available for Drupal 7.

The D7 release started as a crappy paid version of a d6 port by xano. The idea that you pay for a port of an existing module that eventualy doen't work well sound crapp to me.
We had to rewrite the module to get things working.
I don't no how things are running now with the current ported module.

My original offer to help you locate the problem still stands, so if you can post as much information related to the problem as you can in the issue queue, or send it to me over email, then I'll try to have the issue fixed this week.

Meanwhile, for your convenience and to speed up your project development, you could try to use the latest dev versions of http://drupal.org/project/ideal and http://drupal.org/project/idealubercart. Maybe the problem you are experiencing was fixed since you last tested those modules.

A version for the new iDEAL API nor for Drupal 7.x is currently planned for this module.
