Time Format Gone Crazy

I have had this site for for several years. Not sure how to share a screen snag in this forum...please see this image...

This is a weekly 'meeting' where we only need the start time. Somehow a calendar/event function has highjacked the formatting.

What should I do?

Also, I have tried to figure out how to upgrade and it seems the only way is to install 6.0 or 7.0 in a new database but I get all these error messages on the install (like header something on install.php). It is on a shared hostplan but I can create a new db so not sure why there is a problem.

BUT, just trying to figure out this meeting thing.
