Please delete this development release node built from trunk
http://drupal.org/node/114969

it has been replaced with
http://drupal.org/node/125855

which is built from the DRUPAL-4-7 branch

actually, since http://drupal.org/node/114969 has a bunch of issues pointing to it, and since it already had the right version string (just had the wrong branch), i just moved that one to point to the DRUPAL-4-7 branch and deleted #125855. this is really the suggested way to deal with this issue, and as soon as i get a chance to implement http://drupal.org/node/89699 it'll be easy for project maintainers to make this change themselves.
