Only picking up most recent 19 Twitter posts.

Not sure this should be a bug report since I can't find any other issue the same. I've only just installed Activity Stream which couldn't have been simpler. It is set up at the moment to just pull Twitter feeds for a single user (for testing). Though I have cron running every 10 minutes only the most recent 19 posts are picked up.

I had the same problem trying the current recommended release. Is this something I need to change in the module code? Or just a case of waiting a bit longer?
