I just installed Drupal 7.7 and the same bug of 6.x-3.2 appeared.
I had no problem before, with the same version of Google Analytics module (7.x-1.2) and Drupal 7.4
unchecking "Track clicks on outbound links" solve this, but it's not a good way.

hass commentedLatest version fixed this bug. Cannot caused by ga.
laura s commentedI can confirm that this happens in Drupal 7 on Chrome 14 and IE9. It does not happen on Firefox 6 or Safari 5. I tested on Mac (except IE is on Vista).
Maybe it's a conflict with another module, but I don't know what it might be. Enable GA and this behavior happens. Disable it and the behavior goes away. Seems to be rather similar to #1057914: Custom outbound link tracking with outdated link targets or javascript is broken for D6 version.

hass commentedRun latest version and clear your caches if not done. Otherwise debug and find the reason.
laura s commentedConfirmed that the -dev release does work properly. You might consider tagging a new release, because your latest stable version 7.x-1.2 carries this bug.
hass commentedNo. 1.2 does not contain this bug.
laura s commentedThat is not what my testing revealed.

zozodesbois commentedSorry, but the problem is still there.
Caches are cleared
Drupal 7.8, Google Analytics 1.2, Firefox 6.0.2, XP Pro
