Docs for export load callbacks give the wrong impression that they have to be implemented

Seems like some people (including myself) mistake the load callback section in export.html as something that is required. Or the expectation that you need load functions when in fact using ctools_crud_load_* is all you need. This needs to be clarified somehow.
