I've tried to upgrade from D6 to D7 on several sites, and I'm getting the same problem on all of them: all the formatting/colours break, every time. I've updated all core and contib files and then disabled all contrib modules prior to the upgrades, but every time the upgrade results in nearly unusable formatting and I just can't seem to figure out how to fix it. I've cleared all the caches and disabled all forms of caching, but no luck.
I'd like to upload a screenshot here, but for some reason file upload isn't enabled... You can view a screenshot of what I'm talking about at: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5170110/drupal-broken.png

Actually, on at least one of the sites I'm trying to upgrade, it looks like the formatting breaks on D6 even without an upgrade to D7, just by switching to any other theme besides the one I'm using (on this site it's CTI Flex). I'm banging my head on the desk here... why does switching themes break everything? I've upgraded from Drupal 4 to 5 to 6 without issue before, and I've NEVER seen a theme switch break all formatting on the site before.

Hmmm... looks like all I had to do was edit the Garland settings and save them, and suddenly it all started working again. Weird as hell, but seems to be working now. Sorry for the question.
