I have a spammer filling out a webform and don't want to risk missing out on leads.

However, if I could present captcha only to users from the ip addresses causing the problem, that would be awesome.

I don't think the module can do this out of the box, or maybe it can?

Yep.. it can. If you select 'enforce' captcha and enter in the IP range that you want blocked, it will only require captcha from that range while letting others bypass it.
