Coding Standards!!

Glendacs pre-research. We used to do this a lot and have fallen away from it - these are articles and such that might be useful to bring into whatever this turns into. Particularly useful might be outside articles - see if they have ontents that would be a good addition to the doc here in the handbook. http://groups.drupal.org/node/2316

Of note: This page: http://drupal.org/node/318 does a great job of explaining what the standards are, but misses the 'why' which this lesson points out rather well. Maybe incorporate into it, or definitely cross reference it in any new page...
