Currently, when two fields are linked to get synced, it only works new data added to the fields, meaning old data won't get synced unless the entity is edited, the referenced removed and added again.

We need a way to re-sync all the already existing data.

I think this is important as well. Either a Re sync all or when editing a node. Kudos for the suggestion.
