Coding standards compliance

This module doesn't comply with the Drupal coding standards in several key ways, including the format of conditionals. This makes it harder for developers to help with the code.

Here's a patch that resolves many of these coding standards issues with the coder_format script. It also removes a big block of commented out code. If we're not using that code, it shouldn't be in the module.
