I put this together for myself and figured it might be useful for the community at large. I would often find myself searching Drupal by way of Google, but was getting tired of having to type "site:drupal.org" each time..so this does it for you. Someone has probably already made a version of this out there somewhere, but if not, here's a link and instructions on installing. Only tested on Firefox 2.0.0.2, so let me know if you have any problems.
To see the benefit of searching this way, do a search for "image cache" directly in Drupal search, and then with the Drupal+Google plugin...the first doesn't result the imagecache project page, the second does.
