Adding Captcha to Forms

How would I add captcha to a form without having the: "Add CAPTCHA administration links to forms" enabled for ALL forms on the site. I tried to add it in the form section of captcha. But I can not figure out what is the form_id is for any of the forms I create. Unless I create them wrong. "I click on add content pick webform and off I go.. all the features are there so I figured I am doing it right."

So, with that said, any help on doing it the more simple way of adding it to the captcha form section?
