gmap 5.x-0.5

This release was made because I am about to commit a large batch of changes. I consider the current state of the module 0.5.

DRUPAL-5 is likely to destablize a bit when I commit the next batch, so this release is for the benefit of all you out there who are actively using this module, but don't want to live dangerously.

1.0 will have feature parity with 4.7.

The location chooser form is still broken.
Next commit will include the return of GeoRSS support and much more javascript work.
