Can anyone confirm that the Live settings work? I see reference to the Sandbox, but not too much about the live version.

There was an issue resulting in authentication failing due to lack of clearing the cache but that doesn't sound like the issue for you and it has been resolved. #1268186: Trouble entering my credentials

Both Sandbox and Live should work, unless you are using a free iContact account then the Sandbox will not work. iContact does not allow Sandbox for free accounts.
