Add "praise" category to project issues

I don't know what queue this belongs in... Do we have a list somewhere of all the various drupal.org related queues and what goes where?

Anyway, now and then I want to tell a maintainer that I really like something about his/her/etc module. I suppose I could send a private email, but I like posting in the queue because it's public and so encourages others to remember to say when they like something as well. But there's really no good category for it. So I'd like to request adding a "praise" category. I thought about calling it "comment" to be more generic but I don't know that we really want to encourage issues that are just bitching. LOL!

Ideally, there would be a place outside of the queue but visible on the project page for this. I know there's lots of talk about redesigning the pages. But that talk has been going on for _years_. In the mean time, this would be a simple (I think... just adding an option?) fix.
