Maintainers may wish to document that this module will cause the node_privacy_byrole module's settings to be ignored.

From what I can tell, it is no longer ignored, it simply takes the most lenient of the two. So if TAC disallows viewing, but bynode does for one node in the taxonomy, it'll let you see it.
