Taxonomy term description bt pop-up in views exposed filter [#1270342]

I am searching for a way to have the description of a taxonomy term as a BT pop-up in the checkbox option for the (better) exposed filter (taxonomy) items.

The element is simple: ".views-exposed-form .option" but how do I get the term description? It is not in the source of the generated exposed form in the pageview.

I am missing the possibility to work with tokens in BT :-).

Some help would be nice.

You won't be able to use BT to show/hide something that's not there. And, as far as I know, there is no option in Views to add a vocab's description to the exposed filter. Using Better Exposed Filters, you can add a description to any exposed filter, so if you're descriptions aren't changing much, you could use that along with BT.

Agreed, it would be cool to have support for Tokens in the BEF description field. Feel free to add that as a feature request in the BEF issue queue.
