On trying to add a link I get the following error.

Notice: Undefined index: scheme in linkit_scan_url() (line 308 of /sites/all/modules/linkit/linkit.module).

I am using Drupal 7.8 and LinkIt 2.x-dev with CKeditor 3.6.1.7072

Think this might have been because I am running secure pages for admin.

On /admin/config/system/securepages I added "linkit*" to Ignore Pages.

Can you try that without SSL and see if the error still exits, that would be very nice.

This is not an error, it's a PHP notice. All notices should be fixed later on. Thanks for the report though.
