i need help on the topic below

on the bottom of the site.
how can i remove this error from my site
my site is running on localhost now

Disable Devel

You're using a module called Devel. Disable it in the Modules List, or configure it so that it doesn't operate.

height width of lightbox2 module is not increasing
i done little desgining throgh css
and i also want to show the close image on the top of window(half portion of image is outside the window and half is on the window)
but which portion is outside the window is showing white background squre shaped and my image of close is circled shaped so how i hide the squre background
