First to say, this really a great a amazing module,

but i'm looking for a possibility to implement a feature to not expire content for author with a certain rule.
I think of something like, when user has role payed, do not expire content now. But when user lost it's payed role, expire content.

Can you please tell me how to make this work this way?

Currently this functionality is not built into this module. I will add it to the feature list for future releases. In the mean time, check out the scheduler module to see if that might help. Otherwise you might try workflow and or rules. Thanks and good luck.
