Free Tagging Checkbox Broken

The free tagging checkbox for containers does not display as check marked even if the container was previously saved with that selection activated.

Each time I go in to edit the container I must check the box for free tagging again in order to ensure the selection is saved. If I forget to do so then the container is saved with free tagging NOT selected.
