I have some nodes that are expired. But sometimes I need to change them. But I can`t :(
Because of node expire validation.

So, may be it have a sense to add some condition to not check node expire time on update ? Some hook ?

You can have the expiration not required on your content type. Then set the value of the Expiration Date field to blank and you can submit the node. Does that help?

Thank you for answer, dooug.

Yes, it could. But in this case it`s has no sense to use Node expire module , if turn-off expiration validation all the time. Any way, I have wrote my own module to manage it.

This behavior has been made configurable as an option. The solution is now in a feature branch feature/admin-section and is going to be released soon.
