The access callbacks in bean_admin_ui have things like "administer block types" which should most definitely be "administer bean types". Should be pretty simple to fix, patch forthcoming.

Pretty simple fix, just altered the hook_menu in bean_admin_ui to use "administer bean types" instead of "administer block types".
