Improve create redirect workflow.

I needed two improvements on the creation of redirects.

1) The redirects should be created by an administrator directly from the 404 not found page.
2) The redirect suggestion should suggest paths from the user input (from url_alias table).

Together with my workmate fuerst we created a module for this and added it to my sandbox. Now we have two options merge/include the redirect404 module with path_redirect or create and maintain a new module. I would like to get some feedback on this from the path_redirect maintainers.
