I try to delete the coupons from the admin ui: admin/commerce/coupons/manage/6/edit

When i press delete it takes me to a page saying: Access denied, You are not authorized to access this page.

Then when I look back at the coupons over view page it's still there.

Bug still in 7.x-1.x-dev version.
Delete coupon function is not complete written. I can see @todo in source code.
Here is my patch for 7.x-1.x-dev version.

I can't even see a delete option. Just edit which doesn't get me far.
