Please find attached screenshot.

1. I was first logged in using role "administrator". more comments were working fineon it.
2. then I logged in using role "authenticated user" where more comments did not worked.

I have checked all the ole specific settings still its mot working

Could you try the development version? I'd say that's fixed there.
