If i create a revision of a node, and change the url alias, when i first submit i get a page not found as it is redirecting to the new alias. Return to the page and publish the draft and the path alias is lost.

What was the documented bug? I have users that are reporting a page not found after they publish drafts sometimes. I can't reproduce it so far. Would appreciate any help.

This may be a known bug, but IMHO it still needs to fixed. As long as this is the only issue about it, it's not a duplicate.

As a workaround, we're now editing path aliases through the list at admin/config/search/path/list.
