can't see any operations in manage fields under operations column [#1273716]

It seems like every label / field type is locked for all content types - I can't see the configure / remove links. Any clues?

What version of Drupal are you using? Are you using the 7.x Field UI or 6.x CCK? if 6.x please change project of this issue for best results.
