It would be very cool to add functionality that would allow you to embed a video and jump to a certain time when its played. i.e. [video:url jumpto:time_in_seconds]

Looking at this issue http://drupal.org/node/1232102, at least Youtube supports it.
Maybe can we relate these two issues ?
