The above appears in a red box when I try to switch themes. However, the switch does seem to happen.

The same message turned up on 'event with volunteer slots' function. So I woke up and thought to read the file path. [thinks] Maybe the Mailing List Manager has the problem? [/thinks].

Sure enough, disable Mailing List Manager off and the message went away.

This is a bug in Mailing List Manager. I don't think Switchtheme can do anything about it.
