Ran into an issue when upgrading this Drupal (heavily mod'd) site. 2 modules (CAPTCH and Lightbox2) are installed are not reflected in the Administration page. I uninstalled the previous versions and reinstalled the newest versions. I've run update.php and cannot figure out why these two modules are not displayed in the Admin page.

Any clues/db mods/hints etc would be of great help.
