Is there any simple tutorial to use the module?

Hi
I just installed the module, but I can't find documentation on how to use it.
I mean: where and how to add the js files, for example for the 'validate' plugins.

I tried adding:
drupal_add_library('jquery_plugin', 'validate');

In: bartik/template.php in the function bartik_preprocess_html but I get the site crashed...blank page

Anyone?
