I try to use the cck link module in a node reference field. This works as expected until i try to format the select field of the node reference. I just want that all my urls are listed as plain text.

For example:
http://example.com
http://another-domain.com
so on

but my results are always in the best case
- Title http://example.com
- Title http://another-domain.com

I tried everything in views to change the output for the node reference field but i cant get it work. Is this a bug, because even if I try to set the link formatter to plain url I get this strange results.
The value of the select field is always correct I just fight with the shown text in the node reference selcect fields.

Any ideas?

I'm honestly not understanding what you mean - could you explain what you're doing a little more clearly?

There are many possible options being the reason for that.

One could be that you did not set up link field correctly to leave out title and label of title in link field completely.

Another could be that we still work on full views integration and still have some suggestions of views maintainers, which need to be implemented before we can say we are ready to only clean up with bug issues from now.

That's why I have asked users to collect their views issues with link module here #1325112: Integration of Link module and Views to have a better overview for the maintainers. It's also requested on the project info page under @To-Dos. I know it is not as it is meant to be with issues. But with such bigger tasks I found it quite confusing when I have to run thru' 4 pages bad titled issues to find all views related ones all days again. I would love to see one issue like a BIG ticket to finally get the views monster tamed in the moment.

I would change my mind when users start to use issue tags ... o_O ... time will tell

Thank you all for your efforts, but I'm sorry to say that the D6 version is no longer supported.
